Concrete Finisher

PCM Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with concrete in both new construction and repair projects, ensuring all work meets our high standards for quality, safety, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces.
• •Apply curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments as needed.
• •Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
• •Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other concrete structures.
• •Repair, patch, and resurface existing concrete.
• •Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• •Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specification. Benefits

Qualifications

• •2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• •Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• •Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• •Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
