Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman leads and supervises concrete crews on local job sites, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsible for managing small to medium teams, the foreman oversees equipment use, coordinates materials, interprets blueprints, and maintains clear communication between crew members and management to successfully complete projects on schedule. Responsibilities

• •Manage and supervise small to medium concrete crews (5-15 members)
• •Ensure quality control and compliance with construction safety regulations
• •Schedule daily tasks, coordinate materials, and oversee hand tools and basic machinery
• •Interpret blueprints and provide on-site training to crew members
• •Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• •Maintain reports and facilitate clear communication with the Project Manager and Operations Manager Required Qualifications
• •5+ years experience in concrete work
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver's license
• •Proficiency in concrete finishing and crew supervision
• •Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols
• •Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• •Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• •Experience operating hand tools and basic machinery
