Concrete Finisher - Rapid City

Concrete Finisher Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our precast team in Rapid City, South Dakota. As a Concrete Finisher, you’ll play a key role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production and finishing of high-quality precast concrete products. About the Role

• •Finish, smooth, and detail precast concrete to meet high quality standards.
• •Operate hand tools and power tools for grinding, patching, and surface preparation.
• •Perform form setup, stripping, and cleanup as needed.
• •Inspect products for defects and complete necessary touch ups.
• •Work alongside team members to support production, communicate effectively, and assist as needed.
• •Perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and keep the work environment clean and organized.
• •Work in various weather conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). What We Offer

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6 am to 4 pm. Occasional Saturdays required. What We’re Looking For

• •Power troweling experience required.
• •Experience with all types of finishing tools including floats, steels, and broom.
• •A dependable, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• •Ability to follow instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.
