Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. • •Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
• •Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete.
• •Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.
• •Fabricate reinforcement cages.
• •Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.
• •Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
• •Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.
• •Carpentry skills of all levels Other Duties
• •Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area.
• •Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures.
• •Delegate tasks as deemed necessary.
• •Understanding of hand tools, mechanical skills are a plus. Characteristics

• •Ability to stand/bend/stretch/reach/kneel/crawl, etc.
• •Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time throughout work shift.
• •Must be able to work with heights up to 10 feet. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
