Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Sterling Concrete Inc. is a 25 year old established Concrete Flatwork company in North Idaho specializing in residential flatwork. We are expanding and actively hiring journeyman concrete finishers. At Sterling Concrete we are looking to change the culture that surrounds our trade and help develop careers and relationships with our employees. We do flatwork both interior and exterior. We are offering competitive wages $25-40$/hr plus sign-on bonus paid out after 90 days, medical, dental, vision insurance, accrued paid vacation, company provided PPE, company provided shirts/sweaters, yearly boot allowance, and other incentives to qualified candidates. Company provided 401K will also be discussed at 1 year evaluation. All employees start out on a 2 week probation and wages will be discussed after the first 2 weeks during your evaluation. We also operate on a Bi-weekly pay cycle so you will be paid every other Friday. Listed below are the requirements for potential candidates. We work in both Idaho and Washington, but our office location is in Hayden, ID -Must have a good attitude -Must be good with customers. -Must have valid Drivers License -Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work -Must have own finish tools -Must be able to take clear instruction on setting up forms for jobs. -Knowledge of running power trowel strongly preferred but not required -Must know how to sawcut -Skidsteer experience preferred but not required
