• •Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and site preparation
• •Safely operate concrete tools, equipment, and hand tools
• •Follow directions from the foreman and work effectively with the crew
• •Maintain a safe and clean job site
• •Lift 40–60 lbs regularly and participate in team lifts when required
• •Demonstrate attention to detail and respect for customer property Qualifications
• •Previous concrete experience preferred
• •Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn
