Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Laborer and Finisher, where you will play a vital role in transforming blueprints into durable, high-quality concrete structures. - •Prepare concrete forms and set up rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity.
- •Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- •Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing results.
- •Install various types of flooring, tiles, stucco, and trim carpentry elements as part of renovation or new construction projects.
- •Read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project specifications for concrete pouring, framing, and masonry tasks.
- •Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique during material handling.
- •Conduct restoration work, including plastering, caulking, roofing repairs, and metal stud framing to support building longevity. Experience
- •Proven construction site experience with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
- •Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation (including heavy machinery), and schematics reading.
- •Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, and concrete pumping processes.
- •Ability to read blueprints confidently and interpret technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- •Experience with renovation projects involving stucco, flooring installation, tile laying, or restoration work is a plus.
- •Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site hazards.

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
