NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is looking for a dependable and motivated Concrete Laborer to join our production team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside experienced Foremen and crew members on concrete repair and leveling projects, including PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and learning valuable skills in the construction and home repair industry. What You Would Do:
• •Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
• •Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
• •Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.
• •Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• •Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.
• •Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
• •Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.
• •Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• •Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
• •Attend team meetings and safety meetings as required. What We Need for This Role:
• •Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.
• •Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• •Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• •A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• •Dependability and a positive attitude.
• •Ability to work well with a team.
• •Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• •Valid driver’s license preferred.
