contractor/ 1099/ cash pay Job Summary All Valley Concrete is looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Mixer Truck Driver to join our team in Laveen, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver materials to residential and commercial job sites across the Valley. We are looking for a safety-minded driver with a strong work ethic who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- •Safe Transport & Delivery: Drive and operate a ready-mix concrete truck safely to and from batch plants and job sites, adhering to DOT regulations and local traffic laws.
- •On-Site Operations: Safely position the mixer truck on job sites; adjust, attach, and guide chute extensions (30–50 lbs) to pour concrete accurately according to customer specifications.
- •Quality & Mix Assessment: Visually inspect concrete mixes (slump, consistency, color) to ensure product quality before pouring.
- •Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report mechanical issues; rinse down chutes, drum, and vehicle exterior after deliveries to prevent concrete buildup.
- •Customer & Dispatch Communication: Maintain friendly, professional communication with contractors, homeowners, and dispatch personnel; verify order details and delivery tickets upon arrival. Qualifications
- •Driver's License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or Class B) required (Tanker endorsement preferred).
- •Driving Record: Clean 3-to-5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major moving violations.
- •Medical & Screening: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card and pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check.

Experience
1+ years of experience operating heavy vehicles or ready-mix concrete trucks preferred (willing to train qualified CDL holders). •
Physical Requirements
Ability to handle physical labor, climb truck ladders, maneuver heavy discharge chutes, and work outdoors in Arizona heat.
