Concrete Labor - JNJ Construction

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Laborers at JNJ Construction. This is a full-time position based in Little Rock, where you will be working on various concrete-related projects. No prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job training, making this a great opportunity for those starting their career in construction. ## What You'll Be Doing - Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete according to project specifications - Setting forms and preparing work areas - Operating and maintaining tools and equipment - Following safety protocols on job sites - Assisting experienced crew members ## What We're Looking For - Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds - Reliable transportation to job sites in Little Rock - Willingness to learn and follow instructions - Prior construction experience is a plus but not required ## Compensation and Benefits This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience.
