KCE is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Site Concrete Finishing Foreman to lead commercial and residential concrete crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, grading, and job site safety who can keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

• •Supervise and lead concrete crew.
• •Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules.
• •Read plans and ensure work meets project specifications.
• •Oversee layout, forming, grading, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• •Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• •Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
• •Train and mentor crew members. Qualifications
• •5+ years of concrete flatwork experience, including supervisory experience.
• •Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential flatwork.
• •Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• •Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
