Concrete Cutting Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Cutting Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized cutting equipment to accurately cut, core and demo concrete and asphalt structures on various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure precise execution of concrete modifications, contributing to the overall success of our customers' building projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse outdoor projects, utilizing your skills in construction and heavy equipment operation to deliver high-quality results cleanly, efficiently, safely and professionally. Duties

• •Operate concrete cutting machinery, including hand saws, flat saws and core drills, to execute precise cuts according to technical drawings and project specifications
• •Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine cutting locations and depths for various concrete structures
• •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and stucco teams to coordinate work sequences
• •Maintain safety protocols by inspecting equipment regularly, wearing appropriate personal protective gear, and adhering to all safety guidelines during operation
• •Operate power tools and hand tools safely for adjustments or auxiliary tasks related to concrete cutting
• •Operate additional company equipment such as trucks, trailers, rotary hammers, etc Skills
• •Minimum of 1 year proven experience in concrete cutting and coring
• •Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including saws, core drills, and other power tools used in concrete cutting
• •Familiarity with construction management principles
• •Experience with construction inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met during cutting operations
• •Experience operating and maneuvering trailers in tight construction sites
• •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence
• •Ability to work various hours and locations in the valley based on job needs. $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
