CONCRETE FINISHERS – CONAGRA PROJECT Russellville, Arkansas Gleeson is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a major expansion project at Conagra Brands' food-processing facility in Russellville, Arkansas. We encourage traveling craft professionals to apply. Per diem is available for eligible employees. This project includes a new spiral freezer addition and ready-to-eat (RTE) processing upgrades. Our concrete crews will perform substantial portions of the work themselves, including foundations, reinforced slabs, specialized freezer floors, curbs, equipment pads, landings, and exterior concrete. Schedule

40-50 hours week Project Duration: 9 +months WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• •Place, level, screed, float, trowel, edge, and finish poured concrete
• •Work on foundations, slabs-on-grade, equipment pads, curbs, landings, and exterior concrete
• •Place and finish reinforced slabs, including freezer and food-processing areas
• •Finish interior concrete floors to project specifications, including smooth-trowel finishes
• •Construct and finish concrete curbs used in food-processing areas
• •Set and align forms for foundations, curbs, and other concrete work
• •Saw-cut joints, patch voids, and perform concrete repair and finishing
• •Read construction drawings, elevations, and layout
• •Work alongside Gleeson's carpenters, laborers, steel crews, and project supervision
• •Maintain the safety, quality, and cleanliness standards required within an active food-processing facility WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous Concrete Finisher experience is required. Candidates should have working knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques, forming, flatwork, construction methods, and concrete tools and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of the position. Pre-employment and post-offer drug screen and physical are required. BENEFITS
