This role involves placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete under supervision of the Project Superintendent or Foreman. The ideal candidate will possess strong hand and power tool skills, basic math for mixing compounds, and a solid work ethic. Advancement to Foreman is possible for proven performers who demonstrate leadership and reliability.
