Qualifications

• •1+ Years of Foreman Work in Commercial Construction Setting required
• •5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience
• •Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, finishing, and reinforcement required
• •Ability to read blueprints, coordinate crews, and maintain jobsite safety required
• •Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills preferred

• OSHA/Safety certifications preferred Position Offers

Responsibilities

• •This role involves overseeing day-to-day commercial concrete operations and leading crews on active construction sites
• •The Foreman will coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production while ensuring concrete work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project plans and specifications
