Experienced Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher – Full-Time Location: Omaha, NE We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our growing construction team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Work includes a mix of commercial, residential, and roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• •Set forms, pour, and finish concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters, and roadway projects
• •Perform road work including paving support, curb and gutter finishing, and patching/repair
• •Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
• •Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve durability and strength
• •Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• •Maintain a clean and safe job site
• •Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• •Previous experience as a concrete finisher required (road work experience preferred)
• •Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and materials
• •Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• •Reliable transportation to and from job sites
