• •Safely and efficiently operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to residential, commercial and industrial job sites.
• •Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation.
• •Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental and DOT regulations.
• •Ensure product quality and order accuracy.
• •Maintain positive customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service.
• •Keep your truck clean and free of buildup, for optimal performance and professional appearance.
• •Assist with precast block production, yard maintenance, and general labor duties as needed. What We’re Looking For:
• •2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• •Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred),
• •Current DOT medical card, and an insurable driving record.
• •Licensed and proficient in the operation of manual transmission commercial vehicles.
• •Experience in Concrete delivery trucks or other construction-related trucking is a plus.
• •Ability to effectively communicate with dispatch, co-workers and customers.
• •Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT regulations.
• •Ability to perform physical tasks, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in all weather conditions.
• •Flexibility to work varying start times, overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
• •Familiarity with the local delivery routes and job sites a plus. What We Offer:
• •$32.33 to $43.10 per hour.

• •Modern, well-maintained fleet with state-of-the-art equipment. Be sure to include your current 5-year drivers abstract.
