• •Safely operate a ready-mix truck, delivering high-quality concrete to job sites.
• •Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• •Ensure that deliveries are timely and precise while upholding outstanding customer service.
• •Maintain the quality standards of concrete products throughout transport and delivery processes.
• •Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies diligently. What We Are Looking For
• •A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• •A strong dedication to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
• •Ability to operate equipment and perform tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• •Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• •Capability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented atmosphere. Conditions of Employment
• •Successful candidates will need to undergo a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
• •Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing as regulated by FMCSA. Work Environment
• •Work primarily takes place in environments with moving mechanical equipment, as well as variable conditions such as inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. What We Offer
• •Hourly wage ranging from $20.60 to $25.67.
• •Applicants with over a year of Ready Mix Concrete experience can receive a signing bonus of $1,500, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
