Full-Time | Project & Long-Term Opportunities NSC is seeking experienced Concrete Workers, Concrete Finishers, Form Carpenters, and Concrete Laborers for current and upcoming commercial, industrial, civil, and large-scale construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. We are looking for candidates with at least 2–3 years of hands-on concrete construction experience. Opportunities vary by project, so candidates do not need experience in every area listed below. If you have a strong background in concrete finishing, formwork, foundations, slabs, structural concrete, rebar, or commercial/industrial concrete construction, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities May Include

• •Setting, assembling, and stripping concrete forms
• •Pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete
• •Using hand and power trowels, screeds, floats, edgers, and other concrete-finishing tools
• •Finishing slabs, foundations, footings, walls, curbs, sidewalks, pads, and other concrete structures
• •Performing rough and/or smooth concrete finishes
• •Installing and tying rebar, wire mesh, embeds, and reinforcing materials
• •Reading blueprints, drawings, measurements, elevations, and layout information
• •Assisting with layout, grade, and elevation work
• •Building wood and/or metal form systems
• •Placing concrete around structural steel, embeds, anchor bolts, and other components
• •Performing concrete patching, repair, demolition, and surface preparation
• •Operating saws, grinders, jackhammers, vibrators, and other construction equipment
• •Working on commercial, industrial, civil, and large-scale construction sites
• •Following OSHA, site-specific, and company safety requirements Qualifications
• •2+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience preferred

• Experience in at least one or more of the following

• •Concrete Finishing | Formwork | Structural Concrete | Foundations & Footings | Slab-on-Grade | Rebar | Concrete Repair | Commercial/Industrial Concrete
• •Ability to safely use common concrete, construction, hand, and power tools
• •Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor construction environments
• •Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
• •Ability to follow measurements, layout, and project specifications
• •Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• •Ability to work overtime and varying schedules depending on project needs
• •OSHA, forklift, skid steer, aerial lift, or other construction certifications are a plus but not required for all positions We Want to Hear From You If You Have Experience As A:
• •Concrete Finisher, Concrete Worker, Form Carpenter, Concrete Carpenter, Concrete Laborer, Cement Mason, Rebar Worker, Rodbuster, Concrete Repair Technician, Structural Concrete Worker, or Concrete Foreman/Lead. Multiple skill levels and project types available. Pay will vary based on experience, certifications, concrete/formwork skill level, leadership experience, and the specific project.
