Our projects serve commercial properties, shopping centers, senior living communities, and property management companies throughout Northern California. Based on the company's work documents, Pave Tech performs concrete, asphalt, ADA, and site improvement scopes with an emphasis on jobsite cleanliness, public access, and quality construction standards. Position Responsibilities
• •Perform concrete demolition and installation
• •Assist with forming, rebar placement, finishing, and cleanup
• •Perform asphalt repairs, patching, seal coating, and crack filling
• •Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and construction equipment
• •Load and unload materials and equipment
• •Follow safety procedures and company policies
• •Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors
• •Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• •Travel to various job locations throughout Northern California Qualifications
• •Construction experience preferred but not required
• •Concrete or asphalt experience is a plus
• •Valid California driver's license
• •Reliable transportation
• •Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• •Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• •Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• •Dependable and punctual
