Concrete Foreman

• •Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities:*

• •On-site overall management
• •Tasking crew members
• •Quality control, safety, scheduling pours, phase planning
• •Plan/Spec. reading, surveying, ordering materials, various jobsite documenting, timesheets
• •Cleaning and preparing worksite
• •Equipment operation
• •Various concrete tasks including: formwork, placing/finishing, walls, heavy foundations, & flatwork
• •Concrete Foreman

Requirements:*

• •Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands
• •Valid Drivers license, additional pay for CDL
• •Ability to kneel, bend and lift materials
• •Ability to accurately install work and read drawings/specifications
• •Maintain a high standard of work
• •Commit to workplace safety
• •Ability to receive and give direction/guidance
• •Pass a pre-employment drug test and randoms following
• •Travel will be required, but is compensated with profit sharing and per-diem
