• •Assist the pump operator during concrete placing works.
• •Help in shifting, holding, and guiding delivery hoses during pouring
• •Ensure smooth concrete flow and avoid kinking or bending of hoses
• •Assist in assembling, dismantling, and tightening pipelines, clamps, and rubber hoses.
• •Check for leakage, loose clamps, or damaged hoses during operation and ensure pipelines are properly supported and secured.
• •Help in cleaning and lubricating pipelines before pumping and assist in checking hopper cleanliness and removal of hardened concrete.
• •Support pre-pour setup as instructed by the operator or site engineer.
• •Assist in washing and cleaning pump hopper, pipeline, and hoses after pouring.
• •Help in routine greasing and basic maintenance work and keep pump area and pipeline route clean and organized.
• •Follow instructions of the pump operator and site engineer strictly.
• •Coordinate with site labor during continuous pouring works.
• •Perform other duties assigned by the Management as and when required. Requirements
