Landscape/Concrete Laborer

Overview Help us finish out our season as much of our help is back to school now! This position is only guaranteed until the ground freezes. If this is deemed a good fit, you may be invited to return in early spring. Pay is based on experience. You will be involved in a variety of projects that enhance the aesthetic and structural quality of outdoor landscapes, ensuring safety and excellence in every detail. • •Assist with landscape installation, including planting and mulching, installing drainage systems, hardscapes, and grade work using hand tools and power equipment
• •Assist in concrete jobs for walkways, patios, or other hardscape features following project specifications
• •Maintain landscape features by pruning plants, weed control, fertilizing, and pest management to promote healthy growth
• •Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements
• •Previous landscaping or concrete experience preferred
• •Able to follow direction from the crew leader efficiently and be a team player
• •Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools required for efficient operation
• •Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping and concrete work to ensure compliance at all times
• •Ability to operate hardscape tools such as trowels, saws, mixers, and other concrete-related equipment safely and effectively
• •Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• •Ability to lift up to 50lbs+ safely
• •Reliable transportation to and from the shop and dependability is a must.

Pay

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
