Entry-Level Concrete Finisher & Construction Crew

Mogford Construction is seeking a Concrete/Construction Worker to join our small-town, family-operated team in Michigan. You will perform hands-on tasks from site prep to finishing surfaces, requiring practical site knowledge and physical stamina. Overtime or weekend work may be needed depending on project schedules. Entry pay is $20 per hour, up to $40, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in finishing and formwork.
