Concrete Laborer

NOW HIRING – Concrete Laborers Terland Enterprises in Big Timber is growing, and we're looking for hard-working concrete laborers to join our crew. What you'll do:

• •Flatwork, foundations, and slabs
• •Set and strip forms, place and finish concrete
• •Help with pours, cleanup, and job site setup What we're looking for:
• •Reliable, on time, and ready to work
• •Able to do physical work outdoors in Montana weather
• •Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Pay

$18–$30/hour DOE What we offer

• •Overtime available About Us Terland Enterprises is a Big Timber, Montana construction company with work in concrete supply, pumping, flatwork, and related services. We're a local, family-owned outfit that values hard work, good attitudes, and doing the job right. The Position We're hiring concrete laborers at several experience levels. Your starting pay and role will depend on your experience and skills. If you're new to concrete, we're willing to train the right person. Responsibilities
• •Build, set, and strip concrete forms
• •Place, spread, screed, and finish concrete
• •Assist with flatwork, foundations, slabs, and footings
• •Tie and place rebar and wire mesh
• •Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
• •Prepare and clean up job sites
• •Follow safety practices on every job Requirements
• •Reliable and on time, every day
• •Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• •Able to work outdoors in all seasons
• •Willing to learn and take direction
• •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• •Concrete or construction experience a plus, but not required Why Work With Us
