Concrete Laborer – Oklahoma Lay the foundation of Oklahoma’s infrastructure! We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to assist with pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures across commercial and industrial sites. Candidate must be capable of driving a half and 3/4 ton Truck to and from the site. Position Overview As a Concrete Worker, you will work alongside skilled carpenters and finishers to prepare job sites, mix and pour concrete, execute finishing techniques, and maintain equipment. This full-time, on-site role offers consistent hours with opportunities for overtime and career growth. What You’ll Do

• •Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, setting forms, and placing rebar
• •Mix, pour, and distribute concrete for slabs, footings, walls, and flatwork
• •Operate hand and power tools such as bull floats, trowels, edgers, and saws
• •Finish surfaces with screeding, floating, jointing, and applying curing compounds
• •Clean tools and equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area
• •Follow directions, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with your team What You Bring
• •1+ years of concrete labor or concrete construction experience preferred
• •Ability to perform physical labor: lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• •Basic understanding of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and curing processes
• •Eagerness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work collaboratively
• •Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• •OSHA 10-Hour Construction card or willingness to obtain is a plus
• •Must have VALID OKLAHOMA DRIVERS LICENSE Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, with optional overtime
