Concrete Foreman – Company Truck, Gas Card, Bonuses (Salaried Position) About Us We perform concrete work for retail remodels and commercial projects, including sawcutting and patching trenches, footings, walls, slabs, site concrete, and masonry openings. Work is throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman who can both work hands‑on and lead a crew. Ideal candidates have run their own concrete business or crew and understand planning, production, and communication. We intend this role to develop into a position that can manage multiple crews. Responsibilities

• •Work alongside and direct the crew
• •Read plans, specs, and manage budgets
• •Schedule work and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment
• •Maintain safety and quality
• •Communicate with GC, inspectors, vendors, and internal staff
• •Travel required across the Southeast and Midwest Qualifications
• •5+ years concrete experience; leadership required
• •Ability to read plans and manage production
• •Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• •Experience running a crew or owning a concrete business preferred
