Concrete Laborer

About Us Saldutti and Son is a family-run concrete company built on hard work, quality craftsmanship, and treating our crew right. We’re looking for a reliable Concrete Laborer to join our team and help us deliver work we’re proud to put our name on. What You’ll Do

• •Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading, and compacting soil and base material
• •Build, set, and strip concrete forms
• •Place and tie rebar and wire mesh
• •Pour, spread, screed, and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and other flatwork
• •Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as wheelbarrows, vibrators, screeds, floats, and saws
• •Load and unload materials and keep tools and work areas clean and organized
• •Follow all safety procedures and work as part of a team to meet project deadlines What We’re Looking For
• •Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• •Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and do physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
• •Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for long periods
• •Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
• •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites [edit if not required]
• •Own basic hand tools and work boots [edit if not required] What We Offer
• •$25.00-$40.00 per hour
• •Steady, full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
