At API, we manufacture high-quality architectural precast concrete products used in commercial and construction projects. We're looking for individuals who understand concrete, pay attention to detail, work safely, and take pride in producing quality products. If you have hands-on concrete pouring or finishing experience, we want to talk to you! What You'll Be Doing As a member of our Pouring Crew, you'll play an important role in producing architectural concrete products that meet our customers' specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• •Pouring concrete into prepared molds and forms.
• •Vibrating, leveling, floating, and finishing concrete to achieve the required appearance and quality.
• •Reading basic blueprints, job drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• •Installing lifting devices and embedded components according to job requirements.
• •Operating concrete finishing equipment, including vibrators, floats, screeds, power trowels, grinders, and other hand and power tools.
• •Inspecting your work to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• •Following established safety procedures and properly using required personal protective equipment.
• •Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• •Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• •Assisting with other production activities as needed. What We're Looking For Required

Qualifications

• •Previous hands-on concrete pouring or finishing experience.
• •Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• •Basic ability to read and understand blueprints or construction drawings.
• •Familiarity with concrete finishing tools and techniques.
• •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• •Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• •Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• •Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• •Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when production requires. Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
• •Experience working with precast concrete products.
• •Experience in concrete flatwork, commercial concrete, or concrete construction.
• •Experience operating overhead cranes or other manufacturing equipment.
• •Experience with power trowels, concrete vibrators, grinders, and screeds.
• •Ability to troubleshoot problems and make adjustments to maintain product quality. Overhead crane training can be provided. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position that requires:
• •Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
• •Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds, as required, with appropriate assistance or equipment.
• •Working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to concrete dust, noise, and chemicals.
• •Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
