Central Dispatcher; Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing Plant

Position: Central Dispatcher (Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing Plant) We are seeking a customer service-oriented Central Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries and support the daily operations of our dispatch office. The dispatcher serves as a primary contact for customers, taking accurate orders and providing professional, responsive service, while giving drivers clear direction to keep deliveries safe, efficient, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• •Receive and schedule customer orders for ready-mix concrete, aggregates, concrete pumps, and related products.
• •Coordinate trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules, including tractor-trailers and precast loads.
• •Work with plant personnel, job sites, and erection crews to resolve scheduling issues.
• •Track driver hours, code timecards, and support driver compliance with company policies and Federal Motor Carrier requirements. Qualifications
• •Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to changes.
• •Dispatch or related industry experience preferred. Schedule and Benefits Full-time, including some Saturdays. Company cell phone provided.
