TWS Remodeling is growing in the Milwaukee area, and we are looking for a reliable, driven Concrete Laborer who takes pride in solid workmanship and brings a hustle-first mindset to every job site. • •Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, setting forms, and laying rebar or wire mesh reinforcement.
• •Assist with receiving, pouring, spreading, raking, and vibrating fresh concrete for slabs, footings, patios, and driveways.
• •Perform initial screeding and floating; assist experienced finishers with final surface treatments.
• •Operate hand and power tools safely (jackhammers, concrete saws, vibrators, and compactors).
• •Help dismantle forms, clean up, and properly care for tools and equipment after completion.
• •Coordinate with our remodeling crew to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
• •Maintain clean, organized jobsites and treat homeowners’ properties with respect. WHAT YOU BRING
• •1+ years of experience in concrete construction or heavy masonry work (higher pay rate corresponds to direct form-setting and finishing experience).
• •Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• •Familiarity with standard concrete tools, materials, and jobsite safety practices.
• •Dependability, strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive team attitude.
• •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to local job sites.
