Lead Concrete Superintendent, Foundations & Field Ops

Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Superintendent, Heavy Civil in Montgomery, IL to lead foundation-focused field operations. You will coordinate schedules, manage materials and subcontractors, and ensure safety processes are followed on site. You will participate in client meetings, QA/QC, and document as‑built records while mentoring Foremen and trades for safe, efficient project execution.
