Concrete Foreman

As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects while helping build the structures that keep businesses and communities growing. What You'll Do:

• •Lead and supervise concrete crews on a variety of construction projects
• •Plan daily work activities to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule
• •Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed correctly
• •Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• •Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
• •Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
• •Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and customers to ensure project success
• •Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For:
• •3+ years of concrete construction experience
• •Foreman, Leadman, or crew leadership experience preferred
• •Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• •Strong communication and leadership skills
• •Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• •Ability to motivate and lead a team
