Concrete Wall Foreman

Opatril Concrete Construction | Moorhead, MN Opatril Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Wall Foreman to join our team! We are a cast-in-place concrete construction company based in Moorhead, Minnesota, with 50 years of industry experience. We specialize in residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial concrete projects. The Position: Concrete Wall Foreman We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage crews, coordinate materials, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities

• •Lead and communicate daily with crew members to ensure project success
• •Read and interpret commercial and residential construction plans
• •Coordinate supplier deliveries and internal material deliveries as needed
• •Verify work meets project specifications, including layout, openings, and elevations
• •Communicate daily with the Wall Superintendent regarding schedules and manpower needs
• •Review and manage employee time punches to ensure accurate and timely recording of hours worked
• •Help maintain an organized, productive, and efficient job site Qualifications
• •Two years of experience preferred
• •Ability to read and interpret commercial or residential construction plans
• •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• •Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable
• •Valid driver's license
• •Must be authorized to work in the United States Pay & Employment

$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and performance •
