Concrete Foreman

Position Overview The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of concrete construction on-site, including layout, forming, placing, and finishing. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of commercial and industrial concrete work. Key Responsibilities

• •Lead and manage concrete crews on-site to ensure efficient and safe operations
• •Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• •Coordinate daily activities and communicate with project managers and superintendents
• •Supervise all aspects of concrete placement, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
• •Maintain quality control and ensure work is done to specification
• •Manage equipment, materials, and labor needs on site
• •Enforce safety protocols and company policies
• •Track and report progress, timecards, and potential issues Qualifications
• •5+ years of experience in concrete construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
• •2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
• •Deep understanding of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
• •Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents
• •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• •OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer
