Concrete Finishers - Heavy Industrial - Level I-III - Statewide Mississippi Yates Construction is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join their team at various locations. These professionals will construct, install, and repair concrete structures for a range of heavy industrial projects. The ideal candidates are skilled in all aspects of concrete finishing, safety-focused, and able to work in diverse environments. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages Opportunities to work on large-scale industrial projects Comprehensive safety training Equal employment opportunity employer What You'll Need Four (4) or more years of heavy industrial-related concrete finisher experience NCCER Concrete Finisher journeyman certification (Level III) or equivalent experience/certification (Level II/I) Ability to read ISO's, Blueprints, and P&IDs Ability to read and interpret instructions and perform work activities independently Personal hand tools as per Yates Industrial Minimum Tool List Successful completion of required safety training (Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights) Ability to work in all weather conditions and at varying elevations Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions Ability to hear alarms and communicate effectively Required to wear and maintain personal PPE #J-18808-Ljbffr
