Form Setters / Foundation Laborers

Looking for entry-level or skilled form setters and foundation laborers for a busy North Idaho concrete foundation contractor. We are looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and physically capable, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Ideal candidates should be comfortable performing outdoor physical labor in various weather conditions, including setting and stripping concrete forms, digging footings and trenches, pouring and finishing foundations. Entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, while those with previous experience in concrete work, form setting, or general construction will be given priority. Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, follow safety protocols, and show up ready to work. Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation.
