Typical Qualifications
- 3+ years of concrete estimating or field experience
- Proficiency with estimating software (Planswift, Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar)
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred
Salary Range
$60,000 – $100,000+ with senior estimators and chief estimators earning $100,000–$140,000 at larger contractors.
