Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage multiple crews, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
  • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and clients
  • Enforce quality control, safety standards, and code compliance
  • Manage site logistics, equipment, and material delivery
  • Resolve field conflicts and change orders

Typical Qualifications

  • 8+ years of concrete construction experience with 3+ years as superintendent or similar
  • Proven track record managing crews and large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction, scheduling, and code requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred

Salary Range

$85,000 – $150,000+ with senior superintendents on large commercial projects earning $130,000–$170,000 including bonuses.
