Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from start to finish
- Manage multiple crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and clients
- Enforce quality control, safety standards, and code compliance
- Manage site logistics, equipment, and material delivery
- Resolve field conflicts and change orders
Typical Qualifications
- 8+ years of concrete construction experience with 3+ years as superintendent or similar
- Proven track record managing crews and large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction, scheduling, and code requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred
Salary Range
$85,000 – $150,000+ with senior superintendents on large commercial projects earning $130,000–$170,000 including bonuses.
